COROS successfully launched the new VERTIX 2 and Eliud Kipchoge PACE 2 watches. The VERTIX 2 is packed with breakthrough technology that includes 140 hours of battery life in full GPS mode. The limited edition EK PACE 2 is tastefully designed using red and green colors inspired by the national colors of  Eliod's home country of Kenya. This was the largest   launch in COROS history.

On Saturday August 8 Eliud Kipchoge won the men's marathon (2:08.38) and defended his title from the Olympic Games in Brazil 2016. EK continues to inspire the global running community and prove that #NoHumanIsLimited

COROS has welcomed world renowned climber Tommy Caldwell to their Pro Athlete roster. Tommy was nicknamed "King El Cap" and is a living legend in the world of rock climbing. He has climbed all over the world and established some of the hardest rock climbing routes in the United States.

COROS has successfully launched Desert Sol VERTIX,  a limited edition seasonal color of the flagship model. This launch symbolized a rebirth, rising from the ashes of 2020, which may have been the most challenging year of our generation.

COROS introduced world marathon record holder Eliud Kipchoge to its professional team. In addition to Eliod's individual sponsorship, COROS also announced that it will become the official GPS Watch partner of the NN Running Team which includes some of the world's top runners (including Eliod Kipchoge).

COROS has introduced several new water sports activities, including a unique wave surfing mode developed in collaboration with the leading authority in the field of speed surfing-GPS-Speedsurfing.com. The list of water sports modes is: speed surfing, windsurfing, white water, flat plain, paddling and paddling.

The release of the limited edition COROS VERTIX Mojito, only 200 units were produced worldwide. The watch features a brand new nylon watch band, which is 50% brighter than the usual silicon band. The nylon straps are released in 4 colors and will be available for all COROS watch styles.

COROS introduces power and training modes. A complex interval building program with the ability to share with training partners and download workouts from professional athletes. Additionally, Gym Mode includes a library of over 200 types of workouts along with animated instructions for performing each exercise.
